Enate - Rosé Wine

Enate - Rosé Wine is a rosé from the Somontano region, made exclusively from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. It has a very intense and clear pink color, revealing its lively and appealing profile from the first glance. Produced with grapes from the Enate vineyards, this wine results from maceration with the skins until the moment of bleeding, a process that contributes to its striking color and varietal expression.

On the nose, intense notes of red fruit stand out, with hints of cranberry and raspberry, in a fresh and expressive combination. On the palate, it is full-bodied, balanced and very easy to drink, combining freshness with a flavorful and enveloping profile. The finish is long, persistent and marked by pleasant memories of the grape variety, reinforcing the character of this rosé.

Versatile at the table, Enate Rosé Wine can be served between 10 and 12 ºC and pairs well with a wide variety of dishes.
