Description | Emilio Moro Crianza Magnum - Red Wine
Emilio Moro Crianza Magnum - Red Wine is a flagship red wine from Emilio Moro, in the Ribera del Duero region, made exclusively from the Tempranillo grape variety. This wine, named after its creator and occupying a central place in the winery's identity, originates from grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French and American oak barrels. The result is an elegant and subtle profile, designed to precisely express the character of the terroir.
In the glass, it presents a very intense cherry-red color with violet reflections. The aroma reveals the typical notes of Tempranillo, refined by aging and accompanied by subtle nuances of wood. On the palate, it is balanced and well-structured, with a full-bodied character, a smooth and pleasant finish, and round tannins that reinforce its harmony. It is a wine of personality, powerful yet elegant, with an enveloping and very well-defined expression.
It should be served at 16ºC to best appreciate its complexity and texture. At the table, it pairs particularly well with roast lamb, grilled red meats, and aged cheeses. The Magnum version further emphasizes the gastronomic vocation and special character of this wine, ideal for sharing on special occasions around the table.
