Dona Ermelinda - White Wine

Dona Ermelinda - White Wine, from Casa Ermelinda Freitas, is a white wine from the Setúbal Peninsula made from a blend of Chardonnay, Arinto, Antão Vaz, Fernão Pires and Viognier. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by 3 months of aging in French and American oak barrels, a process that contributes to its aromatic expression and balanced taste.

It presents a pale straw-green color and an intense fruity aromatic profile, where notes of honey and tropical fruits stand out. On the palate, it is pleasant and persistent, with a long finish that reinforces the captivating character of this white wine. The combination of grape varieties used offers a harmonious blend of freshness, fruit, and some complexity.
