Dominio de Calogia - Red Wine is a red wine from Ribera del Duero made from the Tempranillo grape variety, originating from the vineyards of Calogía, in Roa, which surround the winery in a property concept closely linked to the "Domaine" style. This wine is part of the personal project of José Manuel Pérez Ovejas, one of the most recognized figures in Spanish wine, who has been associated with Bodegas Hermanos Pérez Pascuas (Viña Pedrosa) for almost three decades. It establishes itself as a great Ribera red wine, based on the identity of the place and an author's vision.

In the glass, it presents a very intense and deep cherry-red color. The aroma highlights notes of vanilla and coconut, with the oak from aging very well integrated into the whole. On the palate, it surprises with its roundness, revealing a luscious and velvety profile, balanced by very good acidity. Hints of chocolate, spicy and balsamic notes also emerge, finishing with a subtle mineral touch. The tannins are sweet, contributing to a harmonious and captivating tasting experience.

It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 17 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany red meats, game dishes, roasts, stews and also wild fish.
