Cune Reserva - White Wine

Cune Reserva - White Wine is a white wine from Rioja produced by CVNE from 100% Viura grapes. It revives the tradition of the house's great aged white wines, in a faithful interpretation of a classic style that has regained prominence. The grapes come from a selection of 9 hectares of white vineyards in Torremontalvo, planted in 1973, reinforcing the unique character and identity of this wine.

It has a pale yellow color. On the nose, it reveals a very spicy and smoky profile, with notes of dried flowers and chamomile. On the palate, it surprises with its good acidity, freshness and balance, also showing qualities that point to an interesting aging potential. The 18 months of aging in barrels, followed by 6 months in the bottle, contributes to its complexity and depth.

It should be served between 7 and 10 ºC to best appreciate its aromatic expression and freshness. At the table, it pairs particularly well with white fish and shellfish. A white wine with personality, designed for those who appreciate elegant, gastronomic wines with the potential to evolve in the bottle.
