Cune Ecologico - Red Wine

Cune Ecologico - Red Wine is the first 100% organic Rioja wine from CVNE, produced in Rioja Alta using sustainable and environmentally respectful viticulture. Made with Tempranillo, Garnacha and a small portion of Graciano grapes, it originates from traditional practices that avoid the use of herbicides and pesticides, relying only on organic fertilizers of plant origin. Manual harvesting, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, and aging in oak barrels from sustainably managed forests contribute to an authentic profile true to its origin.

In the glass, it presents a medium-intensity ruby-red color. The aroma reveals a good intensity of forest fruits, such as blackberries, currants, and wild berries, accompanied by slight spicy notes. On the palate, the fruity expression of Tempranillo stands out, with ripe tannins and a persistent, balanced finish, making it a versatile and gastronomic red wine.

It should be served between 15 and 17 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany Mediterranean cuisine, pasta, rice dishes, ham, cheeses and meats.
