Casa Ermelinda Freitas Moscatel Superior 500ml - Fortified Wine is a wine from the Setúbal Peninsula, made from the Moscatel Graúdo grape variety, which distinctly expresses the classic profile of this emblematic style of the region. It has a golden amber color and a complex profile, resulting from a careful winemaking process and prolonged aging in wood.

Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by the addition of distilled wine brandy and prolonged maceration. This method contributes to a full-bodied and sweet wine on the palate, balanced by a pleasant freshness provided by its acidity. The whole reveals depth, richness and an enveloping texture, without losing vivacity.

Aged for 9 years in half-barrels of French oak, it develops striking aromas of honey and orange peel, well integrated with the notes from the wood. On the palate, it confirms its aromatic complexity and finishes with a long and persistent finish, characteristics that reinforce its elegant and expressive profile.
