Carm - Red Wine

Carm - Red Wine is a Port and Douro wine produced by CARM from the Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, and Touriga Nacional grape varieties. The grapes come from CARM's estates in the Upper Douro, resulting in a blend that combines different profiles: the structure and firm tannins of Tinta Roriz, the smoothness and floral notes of Touriga Franca, and the aromatic freshness and hints of black fruit from Touriga Nacional.

It presents itself as a balanced, fresh and elegant red wine, with aromas of wild berries and black cherry, enveloped by notes of licorice and subtle nuances of wood. On the palate it reveals intensity, firm tannins and good persistence, finishing with a smooth texture. It is a versatile wine at the table, ideal to accompany meats, cheeses and various dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.
