Burmester Reserve - Red Wine

Burmester Reserva - Red Wine is a wine from the Porto and Douro region, produced by Burmester from the Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grape varieties. This blend reflects the classic Douro profile, combining structure, intensity and elegance in a highly balanced wine expression.

According to the available information, the grapes are harvested manually and vinified in stainless steel vats, with fermentation at temperatures up to 28ºC. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for 12 months in new French and American oak barrels, a process that contributes to its complexity and depth.

The grapes originate from Quinta do Arnozelo, in the Douro Superior, and Quinta S. Luiz, in Cima Corgo, two benchmark areas of the Douro region. The result is a rich and flavorful red wine, designed to accompany red meats and cured cheeses, revealing Burmester's expertise and tradition in creating wines of distinctive character.
