Binifadet Negre - Red Wine

Binifadet Negre - Red Wine is a red wine from Menorca, produced by Binifadet from selected Syrah and Merlot grapes from the best plots of the estate, located in the south of the island. Its origin in limestone soils contributes to the distinctive profile of this wine, which combines freshness, balance, and personality. The winemaking process includes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and 6 months of aging in American oak barrels, giving it greater complexity and a harmonious character.

In the glass, it presents a bright cherry color. On the nose, it reveals pleasant and balsamic notes of aromatic herbs, ripe fruit, and sweet spices from aging in wood. On the palate, it is smooth, elegant, and light, yet with remarkable complexity, resulting in a very balanced and captivating whole. It is a wine designed to be enjoyed slowly and calmly, ideal for relaxed moments at the table.

It is recommended to serve it between 15 and 17 ºC. It pairs particularly well with white meats, sausages, grilled red meats, and sheep's cheese.
