BEYRA - Red Wine

BEYRA - Red Wine is a red wine from the Beira Interior region, made from the Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional, and Jaen grape varieties. This blend reflects a balanced combination of varieties well-adapted to the territory, resulting in a harmonious and versatile wine, designed to accompany different moments at the table.

The grapes are harvested by hand and, upon arrival at the winery, undergo complete destemming, crushing, and cooling. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 22 and 26 ºC for 7 days, with gentle maceration. This careful winemaking process helps preserve the fruit expression and the overall balance, respecting the character of the grape varieties and the identity of the Beira Interior region.
