Bassus Dulce 500ml - Sweet Wine

Bassus Dulce 500ml - Sweet Wine is a naturally sweet, single-varietal Pinot Noir wine from the Utiel-Requena region, produced by Hispano Suizas. Awarded Best Sweet Rosé by Guía Sevi 2023 with 94 points, and recognized by Verema as Best Sweet Wine in Spain in 2019, it presents an original and very appealing profile for those seeking a dessert wine with character and freshness.

In the glass, it reveals a pale rose gold color. The aroma shows great intensity, with notes of very ripe tropical fruit, especially pineapple, accompanied by a background of red fruit and milky nuances of strawberry. On the palate, it has a striking entry, dominated by ripe fruit, over a base of red fruit and sweet hints reminiscent of strawberry caramel, always balanced by a very well-integrated acidity.

It should be served between 5 and 7 ºC to fully express its aromatic profile and balance. It is an excellent choice to accompany fruit desserts, chocolate tarts or pastry cream. It also surprises when paired with foie gras and pâtés, where its sweetness and freshness create a particularly elegant contrast.
