Bakeder - Red Wine

Bakeder - Red Wine is a red wine from Viña Real, produced in Rioja Alavesa from the Tempranillo grape variety. Inspired by the medieval village of Laguardia, where the winery and vineyard are located, it presents a deep, fine and long profile, avoiding an excessively tannic expression. It ages for 10 months in French oak barrels, which contributes to its balance and complexity.

In the glass, it reveals a deep cherry-red color with violet reflections that highlight its youth. The aroma is characterized by its intensity and freshness, with fresh red fruit in the foreground, accompanied by notes of black fruit and licorice, as well as subtle balsamic and spicy hints from barrel aging. On the palate, it shows body and structure, with a broad entry, good volume, fine and fleshy tannins, and a long, persistent finish.

It is recommended to serve it at around 18ºC. It is an excellent accompaniment to game meats, spicy or sauced dishes, stews, and aged cheeses. According to the producer's notes, it can also pair very well with desserts.
