Description | Armand de Brignac Demi-Sec - Sparkling Wine
Armand de Brignac Demi-Sec - Sparkling Wine is a prestigious sparkling wine from the Champagne region, produced by the Armand de Brignac house from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes. Made exclusively with the first fraction of the pressing and subject to a rigorous selection process, it presents a distinct and carefully crafted profile. With a sugar dosage of 33 g/L, at the lower end of the Demi-Sec style, and approximately six years of aging in the deep chalk cellars of Champagne, it reveals a balance between sweetness, freshness, and aromatic intensity.
In color, it displays a pale golden yellow, with fine and elegant bubbles. The aroma highlights notes of English caramel, grapefruit, stewed fruit, quince, and brioche. On the palate, it is fruity and enveloping, with an abundance of crystallized citrus, honey, and subtle hints of blackberries. The finish is long, creamy, and rich, filling the palate with great smoothness.
It should be served between 8°C and 10°C. It pairs particularly well with foie gras, cheeses, and lightly spiced dishes, and is also an excellent choice to accompany exotic fruits and baked desserts.
